Stumpstriker only offers refunds under the following conditions:
Once a transaction has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, Stumpstriker reserves the right to allow a Member to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid: The Member must notify Stumpstriker via email within 48 hours of making the payment to cancel such payment; Stumpstriker shall not be liable to refund any amount after that. Stumpstriker may, at its sole discretion, refund the amount after deducting applicable cancellation fees and taxes to the Member.
However, if you charge your card or bank account for a transaction on the Stumpstriker Platform and the amount is not credited to your Stumpstriker wallets within 48 hours of the completion of the transaction, please notify us by contacting iqplaystrategysolutionsprivate@gmai.com / info@stumpstriker.com from your registered email address. In the email, please include the following information: the mobile number, the transaction value, the transaction date, and the transaction ID.
You will be refunded the money within 5-7 working days from the receipt of your email if Stumpstriker finds out that money has been charged to your credit card or bank account without the balance in your Stumpstriker wallet being delivered. Your Stumpstriker wallet will be credited with all refunds.
